Campaign-plan briefing

THIS LORECAST HAS ITS OWN FRONT.

This standalone lorecast will keep distinct continuities clear while examining the military institutions, technologies, migrations, and civilizational conflicts associated with Robotech and Macross. It will begin with one complete 25-episode season and can add later seasons without changing its identity or feed.

Planned historical coverage

THE QUESTIONS THIS LORECAST WILL FOLLOW.

The first season will stand as a complete history. Additional seasons can be added later without moving the universe into another feed.

01

Chronology and Strategic Setting

The arrival of alien technology, the first space war, rebuilding, later Robotech conflicts, expeditionary campaigns, and separate Macross-era wars.

02

Powers and Institutions

Earth defense forces, Zentraedi and Meltrandi fleets, Robotech Masters, Invid, expeditionary commands, colonies, and continuity-specific factions.

03

Campaigns and Command

Macross Island, global and orbital battles, return voyages, Southern Cross defense, Invid occupation, liberation campaigns, and colony fleet crises.

04

Forces and Doctrine

Variable fighters, destroids, capital ships, transforming fortresses, infantry, aerospace command, expeditionary fleets, and civilian populations at war.

05

Technology and Logistics

Protoculture, reflex systems, fold travel, mecha transformation, cloning, shipboard cities, repair, fleet sustainment, and recovered alien industry.

06

Politics, Society, and Consequences

Cultural exchange, mass displacement, reconstruction, identity, continuity differences, music and morale, civil-military integration, and survival after devastation.

Flexible by design

ONE IDENTITY. AS MANY SEASONS AS THE HISTORY SUPPORTS.

A lorecast does not need ten seasons to be complete. A focused 25-episode season can provide a full military history, while later productions, books, games, or newly developed research can justify another season without reorganizing the site or asking listeners to find a different feed.
