Campaign-plan briefing

THIS LORECAST HAS ITS OWN FRONT.

This standalone lorecast will follow the political and naval history of the Honorverse through fleet doctrine, officer culture, industrial mobilization, intelligence, alliance warfare, and the human cost of prolonged conflict. It will begin with one complete 25-episode season and can add later seasons without changing its identity or feed.

Planned historical coverage

THE QUESTIONS THIS LORECAST WILL FOLLOW.

The first season will stand as a complete history. Additional seasons can be added later without moving the universe into another feed.

01

Chronology and Strategic Setting

Manticore’s rise, the Havenite wars, political revolution, renewed conflict, the Solarian crisis, and the wider struggle against covert manipulation.

02

Powers and Institutions

The Star Kingdom and Star Empire of Manticore, Haven, Grayson, the Andermani Empire, the Solarian League, and competing alliance systems.

03

Campaigns and Command

Basilisk, Hancock, Yeltsin, Fourth Yeltsin, Cerberus, Operation Buttercup, the resumed war, and campaigns against Solarian power.

04

Forces and Doctrine

Wall-of-battle fleets, light forces, pod-laying ships, LACs, Marines, commerce protection, staff systems, and officer development.

05

Technology and Logistics

Impeller drives, hyperspace, wormhole junctions, missile pods, electronic warfare, shipyards, industrial depth, and long-range sustainment.

06

Politics, Society, and Consequences

Constitutional government, revolutionary politics, slavery, civil-military relations, alliance cohesion, and the ethics of strategic advantage.

Flexible by design

ONE IDENTITY. AS MANY SEASONS AS THE HISTORY SUPPORTS.

A lorecast does not need ten seasons to be complete. A focused 25-episode season can provide a full military history, while later productions, books, games, or newly developed research can justify another season without reorganizing the site or asking listeners to find a different feed.
