Campaign-plan briefing

THIS LORECAST HAS ITS OWN FRONT.

This standalone lorecast will examine how humanity responds to an existential alien threat through coalition warfare, child command programs, fleet construction, communications delay, deception, and moral catastrophe. It will begin with one complete 25-episode season and can add later seasons without changing its identity or feed.

Planned historical coverage

THE QUESTIONS THIS LORECAST WILL FOLLOW.

The first season will stand as a complete history. Additional seasons can be added later without moving the universe into another feed.

01

Chronology and Strategic Setting

The first invasion, early Formic War campaigns, international consolidation, Battle School, the final fleet campaign, and the political aftermath.

02

Powers and Institutions

Earth governments, the International Fleet, national militaries, research institutions, Battle School, colonial interests, and the Formic civilization.

03

Campaigns and Command

Defensive battles on Earth, counteroffensives in near space, fleet preparation, training campaigns, and the final assault on Formic worlds.

04

Forces and Doctrine

Conventional armies, space fleets, remote command, elite schools, squad-based training, reconnaissance, and strategic leadership selection.

05

Technology and Logistics

Relativistic travel, instantaneous communication, molecular disruption, fleet logistics, simulation, autonomous systems, and planetary defense.

06

Politics, Society, and Consequences

Unity under threat, manipulation of children, command responsibility, misunderstanding between species, xenocide, colonization, and historical memory.

Flexible by design

ONE IDENTITY. AS MANY SEASONS AS THE HISTORY SUPPORTS.

A lorecast does not need ten seasons to be complete. A focused 25-episode season can provide a full military history, while later productions, books, games, or newly developed research can justify another season without reorganizing the site or asking listeners to find a different feed.
