Theodore Kurita and the Reform of the DCMS

Theodore Kurita understood that the Draconis Combine could not survive by treating every inherited military tradition as sacred. During and after the Fourth Succession War, he challenged elements of the DCMS culture that rewarded rigid obedience, wasteful attacks, political favoritism, and contempt for unconventional forces.
