Campaign-plan briefing

THIS LORECAST HAS ITS OWN FRONT.

This standalone lorecast will begin with the Colonial–Cylon military system and expand through the destruction of the Colonies, fleet survival, New Caprica, internal political crises, and the final search for a future. It will begin with one complete 25-episode season and can add later seasons without changing its identity or feed.

Planned historical coverage

THE QUESTIONS THIS LORECAST WILL FOLLOW.

The first season will stand as a complete history. Additional seasons can be added later without moving the universe into another feed.

01

Chronology and Strategic Setting

The first Cylon War, the armistice, renewed infiltration, the fall of the Colonies, the exodus, New Caprica, and the final campaign.

02

Powers and Institutions

The Twelve Colonies, Colonial Fleet, Cylon military and political factions, civilian government, resistance networks, and the divided survivor community.

03

Campaigns and Command

Ragnar Anchorage, the flight from the Colonies, Kobol, the Pegasus operations, New Caprica, the Ionian Nebula, and the Colony assault.

04

Forces and Doctrine

Battlestars, basestars, Vipers, Raiders, Raptors, Marines, boarding forces, nuclear deterrence, and improvised fleet defense.

05

Technology and Logistics

FTL navigation, resurrection, artificial intelligence, network security, fuel, food, maintenance, population protection, and shipboard industry.

06

Politics, Society, and Consequences

Civilian control, military emergency power, collaboration, insurgency, identity, faith, reconciliation, and the ethics of species survival.

Flexible by design

ONE IDENTITY. AS MANY SEASONS AS THE HISTORY SUPPORTS.

A lorecast does not need ten seasons to be complete. A focused 25-episode season can provide a full military history, while later productions, books, games, or newly developed research can justify another season without reorganizing the site or asking listeners to find a different feed.
